We envisioned opening a casual and “unfussy” restaurant in Murray Hill – We feel  that Beer and Buns will be a fun addition to this neighborhood as well. New York City is one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world and is home to a dynamic scene and melting pot of flavors – With B&B, we wanted to do something a bit different and so we have created flavorful burgers and sliders inspired by Asian spices and ingredients fused with traditional American recipes. Beer & Buns will offer traditional and Pan-Asian inspired burgers and sliders paired with domestic and international beers options from around the globe

The menu is the vision of Chef Nok - Born and raised in Thailand, he has worked with international hotel brands throughout his career and with B&B, he has brought the tantalizing flavors of Asia to our doorstep here in New York


Our inspiration behind the $250 Indulgence burger was to use and source specialty items that you can’t find in any regular super market.  All of the ingredients have a purpose and defining taste. Kobe beef has a buttery tenderness and melts in your mouth, the foie gras adds a rich, earthy and round texture, the caviar adds a sense of luxury and an added burst of flavor and the white truffles complete the detailed dish offering a perfect garnish that complements the other ingredients- all in all “a feast for the senses.”
